🌱This mango yassa sauce, featuring bold West African flavors, is such a joyful experience. And it’s natually vegan. Mangoes lend their tangy sweetness, scotch bonnet (or habanero) chilis give you a warm hug, with the crunch of fresh onion, with the captivating flavors of garlic, ginger, fresh garden herbs, and the traditional yassa notes of lemon and mustard.
They all come together in this irresistible sauce that my friend told me she’d drink it if she could! My testers have all loved this, and our family adores it too.
